What is a Morning Elixir?

Did you think coffee is your “morning elixir”?  Coffee may be part of your morning routine, AFTER your “oh so good for you” Morning Elixir.  
Let me explain…
Water benefits:  

  • The body needs fresh, room temperature water first thing in the morning for rehydration

  • Helps reduce sinus infections & sore throats

Morning Elixir

1 cup room-temperature water

1 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon raw honey

Juice of 1 lemon

Dash of sea salt  (for the minerals)
