Beans & Estrogen?

What does the “musical fruit” have to do with estrogen? 

Beans are rich in fiber and lower cholesterol, but very few people know that it is also a great source of lignin phytoestrogen. Beans are recommended in moderation, as over-consumption may cause breast cancer in women.

Soak your beans and grains in water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar for 12-24 hours to help prevent intestinal gas and belly bloat.

Dried fruits, nuts, and oilseeds like dried dates, apricots, grapes, and prunes can significantly contribute to desired level of estrogen in your body.

Many problems that we experience with our bodies can be attributed to an imbalance of required levels of hormones in the body. The perfect level of hormones is essential for great hair, beautiful skin, and good sleep.

Hormonal imbalance can lead to:

  • damaged skin
  • disturbed digestion 
  • decrease in libido for both men and women

Ingesting external hormones is the least preferable method for addressing this imbalance.
