When Garden Fresh Isn’t Healthy
There was a time when I was completely overcome with digestive issues and I was in a constant state of exhaustion.I was conscious about eating healthy and yet I was tired, and didn’t realize my body was full of toxins and inflammation.  After struggling with migraines, endometriosis, and achiness I discovered the elimination diet and learned how to detoxify my body seasonally.

As it turns out, the bloating and fatigue were all the result of hidden food allergies. Once I uncovered and addressed this root cause of my health issues, my life truly transformed. I lost weight, and I found energy I thought I’d lost forever.  Now you might be thinking,  That’s great for you, but I don’t have any food allergies.
