Summer Baked Vegetables

			Ingredients
			- 1 bunch asparagus, tough ends removed
 - 1 small head cauliflower, chopped
 - 1 small head broccoli, chopped
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 - Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
 - 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
 
Instructions
			- PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES Then, add the asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, and garlic to a large bowl. Toss in melted coconut until coated and spread onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
