  1. 1 bunch asparagus, tough ends removed
  2. 1 small head cauliflower, chopped
  3. 1 small head broccoli, chopped
  4. 1 onion, chopped
  5. 1 garlic clove, minced
  6. Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  7. 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES Then, add the asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, and garlic to a large bowl. Toss in melted coconut until coated and spread onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
