Warmed Apple with Coconut

			Ingredients
			- 1 fresh apple, sliced into rings
 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
 
You can use several techniques to warm your apple
			- in a non-stick skillet
 - in a broiler
 - Simply place your sliced apple rings in the heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. When itβs warm, transfer to a plate, and top with shredded coconut.

This sounds delicious – I’d never thought of combining shredded coconut with apple like this but as they’re 2 of my favorite things it now seems obvious! Thank you for sharing this.

Hi Brigid. Yes, I would suggest trying peaches or apricots. Pears might even be good. Let me know if you try another fruit and how you like it. π
