Warmed Apple with Coconut

- 1 fresh apple, sliced into rings
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
You can use several techniques to warm your apple
- in a non-stick skillet
- in a broiler
- Simply place your sliced apple rings in the heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. When it’s warm, transfer to a plate, and top with shredded coconut.

Hi Brigid. Yes, I would suggest trying peaches or apricots. Pears might even be good. Let me know if you try another fruit and how you like it. 🙂
