3 Steps to Finish 2016 on a Positive Note
Has the weather kept you indoors anytime during the last couple weeks?  Were you frustrated, or did you use this “bonus time” for yourself at home?  I encourage you to take some time to reflect on 2016.1.  What have you done, create, or experience that lifts you up and makes you happy?

2.  What mistakes happened or lessons did you learn?  Remember there are blessings in the challenges when you allow yourself to be open to them.

3.  What are you ready to let go of?  My fall detox program was all about letting go.  Consider letting go of “to do lists”, and make a priority of 3 things per day that you get done.  Or better yet, many of us feel the need to control a situation out of fear and to avoid painful situations.  Letting go of control when you don’t even realize you are doing it is a biggie.  You will feel the weight off your shoulders when you let go.

I encourage you to sit with these 3 questions for a few minutes to prepare yourself for the new year.
