Is it possible to eat healthy for holidays?  Are you busy preparing for your Easter Brunch?  I LOVE my seasonal cleanse foods and am sharing a few with my family for our Easter Brunch tomorrow.  They are quick and easy and I’ll share 3 of them with you.  And please don’t tell my family that several of the foods they will enjoy are actually healthy and cleansing their precious bodies.

1.  Pineapple Strawberry Sorbet

Blend 2 cups frozen fruit (I used a tropical blend and pulled out the pineapple and strawberries), 3/4 cup orange juice, squirt of honey.  Done in no time at all and oh so tasty.

2.  Mango Blueberry bowl

Mix blueberries and mango (I pulled the mango from my frozen tropical blend because there aren’t fresh in the store).  Zest an orange and drizzle the fresh orange juice over the mixture.  This is much better after the flavors mix over several hours.

3.  Chocolate Banana Pudding

Mix 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk), 1 TBSP raw cacao, 2 TBSP chia seeds, squirt of honey, and 1 mashed banana.  Mix and refrigerate overnight.

Each of these tasty treats take less than 5 minutes to prepare,  can be topped with shredded coconut, and can be done a day ahead, and will satisfy the sweet tooth and you can avoid the Easter candies.
